Developing clarity around what I really want in life and why, and then creating a plan that moves towards that, gave me the motivation and drive to move forward. This is something I can help you with.

How the programme works:
» The group is limited to 6 people to ensure that everyone gets the support they need
» You will get entry to a private Facebook group which will be the place where you can ask any questions (if you are asking, chances are, others are also), and get to know and support each other
» The following 5 weeks, you will have a short exercise to do independently
» There will be a weekly Q&A Zoom call where you can share your experiences and ask any questions – lasting between 1-2 hours
» All sessions will be recorded and shared in the Group
» The first few sessions will look at where you currently are in life and where you want to be
» Develop long and short-term goals, before agreeing your priorities
» Create a plan that feels achievable and makes you excited
» Strategies for when ‘life’ happens, and things don’t go to plan
